Jorge Heine had a distinguished academic, political and diplomatic career in Chile. He served as ambassador for Chile in several important ambassadorial posts. He is now Chair of Global Governance at the Balsillie School of International Affairs in Waterloo and a professor of political science at Wilfrid Laurier University.

Andrew Cooper is a professor of political science at the University of Waterloo.  He has a stellar academic record and has been active as an advisor to numerous international boards and commissions.

Kathryn Hochstetler is a professor in the Department of Political Science at the University of Waterloo and the CIGI Chair in Governance in the Americas and professor at the Balsillie School of International Affairs.  She is an expert on civil society, social movements and environmental politics.

All are Distinguished or Senior Fellows at the Centre for International Governance Innovation (CIGI) in Waterloo.
